Warranty & Repairs
We want you to enjoy your product for a long time. If you notice a defect or have any questions about your product, please contact us by email before returning the item.
Within the statutory warranty period of two years, customers are entitled to the legally prescribed remedies in the event of a justified defect. Depending on the individual case and the applicable legal requirements, this will be provided by repair or replacement.
Each reported defect is reviewed individually. To assess the issue, we may request photos, a description of the defect or, if necessary, the return of the product. Damage resulting from improper use, overloading, impact, modifications to the product or other external influences does not normally constitute a defect covered by the statutory warranty.
Even after the statutory warranty period has expired, we are happy to assess upon request whether a repair or the replacement of individual components is possible and economically reasonable. Costs depend on the type and extent of the damage. As our products are individually manufactured, it is not possible to provide fixed repair prices.
