Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns that are not sufficiently prepaid cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (for example special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (for example beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to a member state of the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
