Shipping
We currently deliver regularly to Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
We ship your order with DHL or DHL International. Processing usually takes 1-2 working days. The transit times listed below then begin when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Germany
Shipping costs: flat rate of 5,99 € per order
Transit time: 2–4 working days
Shipping costs within Germany are independent of the weight and number of items ordered.
Netherlands
Shipping costs: 10,99 € or 19,50 €
Transit time: 2–7 working days
Shipping costs depend on the weight and required parcel size of the order. The shipping price applicable to your order is displayed automatically at checkout.
Switzerland
Shipping costs: 13,99 € or 19,50 €
Transit time: 3–7 working days
Shipping costs depend on the weight and required parcel size of the order. The shipping price applicable to your order is displayed automatically at checkout.
Please note for deliveries to Switzerland:
Import fees are not included in the purchase or shipping price. Importation may incur additional charges of approximately 7,7 % import tax and approx. 11–18 CHF handling fees . These fees are billed separately by DHL or Swiss Post.
Delivery to other countries
We currently deliver regularly to Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
Shipping to some other countries is currently unavailable. This is mainly due to country-specific packaging and EPR requirements, whose registration and scheme costs are sometimes disproportionately high for us given our currently low shipping volume.
We regularly check whether we can add more delivery countries.
