The power supply and excess cable can be stored space-efficiently below the mount and secured with a hook-and-loop strap.

Notes
• Please check the dimensions of the hooks in the product drawing. There must be enough clearance behind the bed frame to hang it on completely.
• Tubing connection points away from the bed, display towards the bed.

Please enter dimension “a” in millimetres in the input field.
“a” = width of your bed frame + 1 mm (clearance)
Example: bed frame measures 26 mm → please enter “a” = 27 mm.

Stability & load capacity

The mount is made of high-quality PETG and is designed for continuous use.

• very stable construction due to well-thought-out geometry

As part of a short-term load test, a load of 12 kg was tested without noticeable deformation.
Manufacturing process

This bracket is manufactured using a precise 3D printing process. Each component is then subjected to a careful visual inspection.

Due to the manufacturing process, minimal print-typical surface characteristics may occur.

Assembly & installation

No tools are required for installation.

Note: Installation is clearly demonstrated in the product video.

  1. For the version with a power supply holder, we recommend inserting and securing the power supply and cable before hooking the mount into place.
  2. Thread the hook-and-loop strap for securing the device through the openings provided on the back of the mount, overlap the ends and press them firmly together.
  3. Hook the mount fully onto the bed frame.
  4. Slide the device into the mount from the side, centre it and gently slide it up to the rear stops.
  5. Thread the hook-and-loop strap through the front opening, tension it lightly and press it into place.
  6. Connect the tubing and power supply to the device.

For the version with a power supply holder:

Place the power supply in the holder provided and coil the excess cable to the required length. Before securing it in place, check that the cable is long enough and adjust the coil if necessary.

Then wrap the hook-and-loop strap around the holder, power supply and coiled cable. Pass the free end through the strap’s loop, fold it back, tighten it and then press it onto the strap.

Note:
If there is slight play between the mount and the bed frame, a thin, folded sheet of paper can be inserted at the back between the mount and the bed frame if needed.

• before use, check that the mount is fully hooked into place and sits securely
• regularly check the mount and hook-and-loop straps for damage and secure fit

Liability for damage resulting from improper installation or use, overloading or external forces is excluded.

No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damage, in particular to the device used.
Product & material information

• not suitable for children – choking hazard from small parts
• use only for the intended purpose
• PETG can soften at temperatures from approx. 70 °C

Disposal:
• dispose of PETG components and hook-and-loop straps with plastic waste
• dispose of screws and nuts with metal waste
